I always played sports growing up, like most I started out with rugby before switching to basketball in high school. Plagued by Years of ankle injuries and being overweight I wasn't performing anywhere near my best, until I decided to take control of my habits.
Over a year, I dropped from 115kg to 88kg and completely rebuilt how I moved and performed. I added over 15 inches to my vertical jump and found a new level of athleticism.
I went on to play rep basketball through U17, U19 and developed at the nznbl level. When I eventually stepped away from playing competitively, I turned my focus to personal training.
Applying what I’d learnt from coaches around me, along with my own experience and transformation, I studied at NZIS, received a qualification as a Level 4 Health & Fitness coach and started training others.
from there I created peak personal training combing my Experiences with the joy of Helping others reach their peak.
